
Our Work
We have worked as a Virtual Assistant with a variety of clients over the years, some only need our support for short periods of time, this could be to boost their social media platform, help run through their books or an initial website build and others require our support on a regular basis, see some of the projects we work on below:

SharePoint
We have created an in-house intranet for a corporate company for their staff using SharePoint which is part of Office 365. We manage the content and background storage on SharePoint for the company, along with building any new site pages. We have also run surveys using Forms for the company and collated the survey data as a comparison year on year. Our most recent project was the Human Resources Hub, a site for all 300 plus employees to access relevant HR information, forms, contacts, benefits, and much more. This has helped relieve pressure on HR Staff and is an easily accessible space for all employees to access HR-related information.
Social Media
We currently run social media platforms for 2 local businesses, posting on Facebook and Instagram for both companies. We use Canva to create social media content that includes the company's logo which allows us to match the company colours in the visual posts directly.


Bookkeeping
We currently look after 2 trade companies' books, we work with Excel to create easy cash books to display the income and outgoings for the business and provide an overall final datasheet which can be passed on to an accountant to complete end of year tax returns.
Website build
We have built many websites for companies over the past 3 years, these have been built on both Shopify and Wix platforms. We also managed stock presentations for 2 companies on Shopify.
