Management and Facilitating Events
We like to work with new clients to develop a package that is right for them, we would suggest working on an hourly rate for the first event. The client then knows the exact rate per hour while working on an event.

Following the first Event if both the client and Virtually on the go are satisfied with the outcome, we will then work together to either provide a cost on an Event by Event basis or a yearly contract of events.
Event support pricing
£25-£35 Hourly rate
Hourly rate will be between £25-£35 per hour depending on the the event.
£3500 per Event
£3500
(150 hours) this will be based on 150 hours, if the event requires more or less the cost per event can be adjusted accordingly.
Yearly Contract
This can be discussed with the client and a cost will be agreed based on the number of events Virtually on the go will run throughout the year.
Website/SharePoint builds
If you are looking into getting a website built as a rough guide website builds are at a charge of £35 per hour, however, we do offer package builds dependent on the client's needs and what they wish to include on their site.

Social Media Pricing
£25-£35 Hourly rate
Hourly rate will be between £25-£35 per hour depending on the post content.
£450 per Month
4 posts a week across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (Client to provide content). Posts graphic designed using Canva and Analyitic Data used to time the post
